Villa Aqua was wonderful from the start, the on-site manager was welcoming and very helpful and the facilities in the villa are excellent. We loved the location being only a short distance from Noosa and walking distance to some great restaurants. The balcony is a great place to relax with a drink whilst watching the river traffic after a day out sightseeing, swimming or shopping. We will be back!

We stayed at Villa Aqua in July 08, myself , husband and 2 year old daughter. It is perfectley placed for a lovely hol in Nossaville! We had townhouse 9 which was very nicely done out. Only thing would say is that the main bedroom needs curtains!

The only other issue we had was the road noise which was continuous, but we were on the water which did more or less make up for this as it was magic to watch the boats go by!

We will return to Villa Aqau!

My whole family loved Villa Aqua which is on the river at Noosaville. We would definitely stay there again. Peaceful and relaxing (only 8 townhouses in total). It has a heated pool, BBQ and private garage. Our luxuriously fitted 2 bedroom unit had 3 TV's, Austar, DVD, stereo, laundry, 3 bathrooms and 2 balconies with views of the river. I overpacked this trip and I loved all the wardrobe space the bedrooms had.

Villia Aqua is luxury at an affordable price! Its location is quiet yet only a stroll away from the restaurants on Gympie Terrace. The ferry and bus are at its doorstep.

The resident managers, Anastasia and Gus, are helpful and friendly. They always provided informative answers to my endless questions about the area eg where can we buy fruit/veg, prawns etc etc.

Holidaying on the river was absolutely lovely. This was our first time exploring the Noosa area and what a great place to go with a young family. So much to do in Noosa Heads.

I wish I lived at Villa Aqua!
