We've just returned from a 3 night stay - myself and husband, son and daughter-in-law and their 1 yr old.

The villa was clean and well furnished and the rear entrance gate opened to the canal. From there it was a short 50m stroll across open parkland to the river. It was an easy walk to the restaurants and shops in Gympie Tce or a 2 minute drive.

The location is quiet and peaceful and is one of the best holiday finds I have come across. You won't be disappointed if you stay here. The pool is heated to 28 C so swimming in the winter was also possible.

Villa Aqua is a lovely change from the hustle and bustle of Hastings Street. Much more relaxing with a view of the river and parkland in front rather than a road. A short walk to restaurants in both directions particularly the noosaville Fish and Chips Shop that boasts the best calamari on the Sunshine Coast - head towards Tewantin.

The villa is very clean with all you need including a salt water swimming pool.
The balconies are North facing and on a sunny day you get sun from morning unitl mid afternoon and a reasonable tariiff.

The only suggestion I would make is an extra set of towels would be great as only one set is provided per couple.

All in all a lovely holiday destination.

Villa Aqua was wonderful from the start, the on-site manager was welcoming and very helpful and the facilities in the villa are excellent. We loved the location being only a short distance from Noosa and walking distance to some great restaurants. The balcony is a great place to relax with a drink whilst watching the river traffic after a day out sightseeing, swimming or shopping. We will be back!

We stayed at Villa Aqua in July 08, myself , husband and 2 year old daughter. It is perfectley placed for a lovely hol in Nossaville! We had townhouse 9 which was very nicely done out. Only thing would say is that the main bedroom needs curtains!

The only other issue we had was the road noise which was continuous, but we were on the water which did more or less make up for this as it was magic to watch the boats go by!

We will return to Villa Aqau!
