Time almost stopped when I stayed at Noosa Country House. I lost myself in the beautiful setting. It's a quiet valley full of natural beauty and wildlife with no road noise. The hostess was in tune with our needs and went out of her way to ensure that we were happy and well fed. After reading the reviews below, I'm glad that WantaBoutique_Hotel wasn't there when we were. We did not see the review before visiting. Wish we had. The place is awful. The room was ill equiped and dirty. The air conditioning did not work. Breakfast was not too bad though hygene is an issue - the cutlery was not properly washed. The place is overpriced. Stay in central Noosa is it far better.

Having booked at the last moment needing to be close to Noosa, I stumbled on this little 'gem' situated in the beautiful Noosa Valley, I travel a lot and know value for money and service when I rarely come across it - being in the service Industry myself!
The Room was fully air-conditioned, spotlessly clean with a constant flow of fresh linen and towels, Nina the Host is full of local knowledge, markets, ferries, restaurants and the like, with a very professional and caring attitude (and a great cook!), Breakfast is served on a large Verandah with a superb daily changing menu, If you enjoy nature possible sightings include Kangaroo's, possum, various parakeets, to mention just a few - longing to go back again. Well Done!

The management sounded great when we booked. Gave the impression of being middle aged and educated. In reality they were amateur. This place is seriously over priced. No soul in the place. They pretended to forget the room we had agreed we would have when we booked and gave it to other guests. No wardrobe - just a couple of hooks and hangers. See candid shots.. Bed linen is thin. Air conditioning does not work. Fans noisy. The bathroom was totally filthy, the shower smelt like something had died in it. They make out they are some kind of gourmet specialists - they made salad for our arrival but dressed it in the morning - so it was a limp and soggy, the fruit salad was rancid (I had to spit it out), the milk was off. The breakfast is mean (we only wanted toast but were not offered more than two slices). They fed birds whilst we had breakfast - as if it was a quaint thing to do as a side show. I don't mean scaps on the lawn - no - they fed the birds better than us - cooked meat from a bowl humans would be fed from and using a fork also used by humans. We checked out after one night and could not have escaped too quickly. Dont book this place whatever you do. AVOID THIS PLACE.
