We stayed here for a week long holiday. It was our first interstate family trip with our little bub. The Reception staff were friendly and always keen to help.

Our room was a One Bedroom Spa Apartment which had all the facilities we needed including kitchen and laundry which helps when staying for a week. The pool at the resort was amazing and the little kiddies pool is ideal for young families like us!

The location of the hotel is close to local cafes and restaurants. Be sure to have a hire care as there are not many supermarkets nearby except for Food works which is outside Reception however this is pricey.

Overall we really enjoyed our stay and will be back!

Although well positioned on Hastings Street, it is a little tired and our balcony was flooded with cooking smells from the restaurant in the front.
I would next time ask for a better apartment with a view. We had the basic one bedroom.

If you like meetimg lots of kids in the spa and swimming around foreign bodies this is for you.
There was a distinct smell of drains in our 2 bed unit and the standard of cleaning was, quite frankly, poor. The clanging of the pool and spa gates became quite irritating as were also the early morning returning well lubricated yahooing party goers. The accommodation is well furnished if a little on the tired side.
On the plus side the breakfast at Aromas (where you have your prebooked breakfast) was excellent and the Aroma staff were terrific to all customers whether they were children or adults. The Sebel is right on Hastings and you could not be closer to the action.
Four star? Well that is really pushing it!

We, me my wife ans sister in law, stayed for four nights in a 2 bedroom unit.

First of all it was great to find out that parking was included in the room rate and didnt had to be paid for seperatly. This made us rent a car during this break.

Normally I dont have high expectations with Australian hotel staff, but I was impressed by the service offered here.
We arrived 1pm on the 1st of January and the helpful staff told us that our room was still being cleaned. She asked for my number and advised us to go for a stroll or lunch. 25 min the hotel called me to tell me the room was ready and suitcases where delivered to the room.

The room was #311, on the groundfloor. It had 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (1 ensuite), a livingroom with connected kitchen. The kitchen had a dishwasher, fridge, pots and pans and all utensils one could need. On the 3rd day the dishwasher broke down and a repairman came by the next morning. The staff took care of our dishes in the meantime.

The location is great, 20meters from the beach.
Had a great stay and will return!
