If you can get past the 80's colour scheme on the outside, it's really a great hotel. Easy walking distance to the beach, restaurants and shops. There is a walkway from the hotel to Hastings Street.

The first thing I noticed on arrival was the focus on excellent customer service - the front office team was friendly and efficient. I was upgraded to a top floor room on arrival which was a nice surprise. Unfortunately the river view also included the carpark, so we didn't spend any time on the small balcony.

The room was enormous and included a kitchenette. Having a fridge, microwave and toaster was pretty handy and it meant that we could have breakfast in the room if we wanted. Appreciated the coffee plunger and small bag of Vittoria espresso coffee too!

The bed was comfortable and the housekeeping to a very high standard.

It was quite hot when we stayed, so the pool area was very crowded and somewhat difficult to navigate due to the number of deckchairs and low profile umbrellas in the way. Loved the pool bar, but expect to pay top dollar for your drinks.

I will definitely come back to this hotel when I next stay in Noosa, primarily due to the customer service.

We returned to the Sheraton Noosa Resort & Spa for the second year in a row and have had two very memorable stays. The property was well suited for our family and my two girls, ages 10 and 7, were in heaven with the pool and the SPG Kids passes. The location Is unbeatable with easy access to HastingsStreet, the ferry at the Sheraton dock, and of course, the beautiful beach. the property was well maintained and the staff very helpful. We enjoyed our stay so much that we have plans to return for a third year in a row to enjoy a very Merry Christmas in Noosa (once again)!

We had read a number of the reviews on trip advisor and were a little unsure but our stay was outstanding. We stayed there because it was our birthdays and it was certainly special. We were given a room overlooking the pool which was spacious and had everything you could want. The staff were very friendly and efficient and even though we were slightly late the waiter at the swim up bar stilled served us some cocktails. It's not quite on the beach at Noosa but it certainly makes up for that with it's luxurious environment. We have booked another weekend already and expect we'll use it often for a relaxation weekend away.
Tip: We lunched at the Surf Club which has great food, a friendly atmosphere and amazing views, oh and it always helps to support the lifesavers!

My partner and I stayed for 4 nights as part of our honeymoon. Upon checking in a valet was there to greet us and help unload our car full of bags without fuss. We got upgraded to a Noosa lifestyle suite which was beautifully renovated recently on level 3. The much larger than normal room has its own private outdoor spa on the balcony which we enjoyed a nice complementary bottle of bubbly in upon unpacking. We did not have any views but found it to be perfect as it was very private. The hotel swim up bar is a thing of bliss and we visited it daily taking advantage of our $20 voucher for opting not to have housekeeping come into our room, but the cleaning girls were more than happy to replace towels or top up the delicious coffee pods when we asked them in the hall. During our stay every single staff member we passed greeted us with a friendly hello and it is a credit to the entire team at the Hotel. There is endless amounts of quality cafe's to choose from all walking distance. We enjoyed the beachside walk to Hells Gate and the laidback friendly atmosphere that is Noosa. Having grown up on the Gold Coast we found Noosa to be a perfect couples getaway as its quieter and smaller than the GC and still has that laidback coastal town feel that the Gold Coast has lost to us and the Sheraton is perfectly located.
