Lovely place to sit back and relax, not too fancy with all you need. The portable cot and baby bath made life easier for us. The booking and communication was great, overall a very easy and relaxed stay.

Stayed at the Hawke brook Chalets for 5 glorious days. Breathtakingly beautiful property, home away from home. Sipping wine on our verandah, overlooking, what has to be, one of the most beautiful places on earth. Being in the accommodation industry ourselves, we desperately needing a break from the hussle and bussle and we got so much more than we bargained for. The chalet was comfortable, squeaky clean and well equipped, we even had our own coffee machine!! We slept like logs and awoke to birdsong every morning. Our hosts Sue and Rom have GOT IT RIGHT!!! They were so accommodating in every way, ensuring that we had everything we needed at all times and their dogs just made our stay "more special". The "chocolate brigade" (dogs) escorted us on our walk around the property and were always welcome visitors to our chalet. We are counting down the days till our return. Absolutely will be "repeat" customers. Thanks Sue and Rom for sharing your home with us!!!

My stay at Hawke Brook Chalts was homely, warm, comfortable, serene.
The chalets are large enough for families & very well equipt. The indoor fire place warms the chalets up beauifully. Lots of chopped wood too right at your door step. The grounds are like something out of a painting. My kids loved the swings, childrens outdoor kitchen, play area, seeing Kangaroos & Emu's.
I love this place so much that we WILL be coming back at every chance we can. My highlight was meeting Sue & Rom the owners & keepers of Hawke Brook. They are very accomodating, friendly, generous, kind people & look forward to seeing them when we stay again.

I had my wedding at Hawke Brook Chalets and it was an amazing day. We hired out the chalets and spent 3 glorious days preparing, decorating, getting married then relaxing after our beautiful day. Sue and Rom feel like friends to me, they went absolutely above and beyond to make our day perfect. It was such an amazing experience, having photos on the beautiful grounds and property, we even got a bush walk in on the morning of our wedding. The chalets have everything you need and the added touches from Sue are so homely and warming. The dogs are a highlight as are the ducks and geese and other animals roaming the property. The kids had an amazing time playing in the garden, running wild on the grass and swinging on the tires. Amazing place, amazing people! Counting down the days to our next trip down there. Ahhhhh the serenity..
