We chose this apartment because of its location, which was very convenient for our activities.We had a Queen deluxe 1 bedroom apartment. It was well equipped with all mod cons, but extremely small - more like a studio. There was no room in the internal bedroom for anything but the bed. No place for a suitcase except on the balcony. The bathroom had only a very small towel rail -so only a spot for one towel to dry. The wardrobes were designed for men - no long hanging space for a woman's dress or coat and no coat hangers. The living room had only one three seater couch and a coffee table but no room for a small dining table/desk. Two folding trays were provided instead.

I got to say I am a seasoned business traveler and usually the only surprise I get is how bad some places are. But this place was amazing. Quality from the decor and decoration, very high standard of finish everything is a cut above the norm also spacious and quiet. I have stayed a couple of times now and thought I may have fluked a good apartment on the first time but the second one was even better than the first. I always used to stay in the CBD but the town is dead by the time I finish working and am looking for a meal but this place is so well located with every restaurant you can imagine within walking distance. Parking was Free, WiFi was free. This place could show some of the bigger chains exactly how to do it. Very impressed and that doesn't come easily.

For the first day of our stay I kept repeating how wonderful the place was - clean, presentable, spacious, comfortable, trendy, new and had everything you could possibly need to make the stay here value for money.

The view from the balcony at night was great - in the distance we could see the skyline of Melbourne. We watched a lightening storm further north, great sunsets.

Even though there was party music going on in the bar down below, as soon as you shut the door, you could hear nothing.

Good size fridge, lots of extras we weren't expecting (dish wash liquid/powder, laundry powder, extra rubbish bags, vacuum cleaner, loads of extra toilet paper, DVD movies, books to read), washer and dryer, comfy beds and couch, good air conditioner, excellent TV reception, every kitchen tool you could want, bright and airy.

Couldn't find fault with this place - I have already recommended it to friends and will certainly stay here again if we come to Melbourne.

what an awesome holiday experience. the apartment was exactly as advertised and the staff , professional and helpful. would totally stay here again. highly recommended.
