We stayed in the Spa Deluxe Room over New Years and found the room to be unhygenic with pubic hair in the shower, hair in the beds and the room had an overwhelming dust/mould smell.

Apart from being unhygenic, the owners are also greedy and decided to charge additional charges without authorisation. BEWARE do not provide credit card details.

My partner and I recently stayed as a quick getaway from home. We stayed during schoolies week and the hotel owner was nice to let us know no schoolies were allowed to stay there. When we got there we found the hotel was right next to schoolies camping grounds, but the room was content and mostly sound proof and we didn't have any troubles at all.
The hotel is conveniently located a short walk from Food Works supermarket. The room is a good size for two adults. The air con worked well. The shower was quite big and the bathroom bigger than expected (as most hotels have a very tiny bathroom!!) The room was neat and tidy and good underground car parking. Not luxurious, but great for a quick stay.

We stopped here just after Christmas and found it to be an excellent choice!! Would definately recommend it :) the owners are genuinely beautiful people an happy to help when ever possible !! The rooms were great size and really clean. We didn't really need our room cleaned but when it was cleaned it was spotless! Our major worry was noise as my partner is a very very light sleeper but it was pretty quiet :) can't wait to visit again x

OK stop-over before starting our Great Ocean Rd Experience. A clean but a bit old-fashioned room. Nice price and a very helpful owner.
