The studio rooms are spacious and bright and immaculately clean. There is a bbq and outdoor seating for each studio (and a microwave, but no hob). The hosts are extremely friendly and helpful. The room had some great bonuses like an ipod dock and a DVD player. I'd definitely stay again.

Of all the people and all the places you could ever hope to experience this place has it all.
Australia on a spoon, good people, great hosts, great location away from the crowds, nature and bush at the window.

We loved our stay here and live our lives hoping to one day return, which we will because this places rocks. 5 star quality, so good we stayed for months.

Sal and Marcus

We stayed one night. The studios/B&B are advertised as private and semi-detached but in fact they are two rooms at the front of the house. We also expected breakfast given they claimed to be a B&B but breakfast was extra and had to be prearranged. The rooms was tiny with a huge bathroom with spa. No view to speak of and we felt a bit exposed to the road but the most annoying was the noise of the hosts' children playing in the next room and around the house on their bikes etc. Not really the romantic night away we had planned.

We found this place quite by chance by enquiring at the tourist info centre in Lorne (which is by far the best place we got info on where to stay during our travels and they had special offers from all the local hotels, B&Bs for that particular day). Place is absolutely beautiful with two self contained studios. We even got a chance to feed the many kookaburras, cockatoos, gallahs, parrots, etc which would come and sit on the balcony and wait for us!

The spa baths in the rooms are an added bonus. There is a small kitchenette available in each room and there is a supermarket only a couple of minutes drive away (although there are places to eat and there is an excellent fish and chip shop). We only met Sue (one of the owners) but she was unbelievably helpful plus she supplied us with some excellent local wine.

There is also a sitting room with a beautiful log gas fire available for you to relax with a book (and maybe a large glass of red!)
