Great accommodation at a great price. Rooms were in great condition and the beds were comfortable. Janine was very helpful with directions and information. Even when we left something in the room, Janine when beyond expectations to get the item back to me. I high recommend this place to everyone.

This was our second time staying here, exactly a year after the first time and exactly the same price as last time which is why I've upgraded my rating! The rooms are generous in size, nicely furnished and well equipped and most definitely they are the cleanest rooms we've ever stayed in .. they're spotless! The owners are nice and friendly and overall the Arthur Phillip Motor Inn is like a home away from home. There's nothing we can fault about it, but if there was one drawback for guests, it may be the location. It's not near the centre of town for shopping, beaches and some attractions so it's a short drive but then again that's why it's so quiet. It is however, one block walking distance from the RSL which is "the" place to eat on Phillip Island and bookings would be well advised to guarantee a table for it's packed out every night because of it's great food and service. If you are planning a trip to Phillip Island then we highly recommend staying at the Arthur Phillip Motor Inn. We can't wait to go back next year!

the best place on the island to stay happy friendly hosts

We stayed in a 2 bedroom family room. Spacious and clean. Microwave in the room saves our day with young ones. Was chatting with receptionist and she understand that I have laundry to do hence she changed my assigned room next to the laundry room, it save us from walking more distance to check out our laundry. Configuration of bed was one queen and 2 single bed, all with bed warmer/heater.
