Family room and bedrooms were a good size with a useable kitchen but was b****y cold when we arrived and the heating took time to get going - bit ancient I thought - staff weren't keen to help with this till we confirmed it really was cold in there!. There was no heating in the bathroom, either, brrrrrrrrr! Beds were comfy and the place very clean. very convenient for all local amenities eg Otway fly. Probably better in the warmer weather

The room was freezing cold when we arrived and it took a bit of time to warm up. We had to leave all the internal doors open as there was only one heater.
The apartment had two bedrooms, bathroom and good size living room with kitchen area and dining table. The bathroom was a bit dated,but the shower was good and easy to control.
It had had some updating, but the bedrooms were a bit old fashioned with fitted wardrobes.
It was very cold while we were there. I think in summer it would make a good base for a beach holiday.
The people at reception were very friendly and asked us what we were planning to do during our trip and offered us suggestions for things to do in the area. No one else did that during our trip so I give them full marks for that.
The location was convenient and there was a friendly bakehouse cafe nearby and number of places to eat in the evening within walking distance.

We stayed here for 1 night. It was right in the centre of town, and behind a hotel, but very quiet. Owners are in the process of refurbishing the rooms. Ours was reburbished, (room1) but the room was quite small. Bathroom hadn't been refurbished but wasn't really in need of it. I did have a problem with the lack of water coming out of the shower, and realized later that the nozzel needed turning around. It had been put on to a water saving control. Room was very clean, and owners extremely friendly and thanked us for staying which I thought was very nice. They also have apartments which we could see into as someone had left their door open. They looked very nice and a good size. We felt the price was a little too much, but probably comparable to other motels in the area.

Family of 4 stayed in july. Very comfortable well equipped rooms. Reception were very helpful providing us with heaps of info on what the area offers. Stayed one night on our way through to Melbourne. Need to stay longer to see all the sites. Greats rooms at a good price.
