Having already told the owners we would be late arriving after a long drive, we rang to apologise as we were going to be even later. We received a rude short reply: "Well i guess i'll have to get up and let you in then". We were arriving at 10pm. It was hard to remember this woman wasn't doing us a favour -w e were paying $220 for the apartment for the night!
Location is good, very close to main strip and beach. Apartments were ok - 80s decor, reasonably furnished kitchen, balcony, pool was small but ok for kids and shared bbq area.
Next time we'll choose somewhere else though - just based on the customer service we received.

All guests are requested to contact us and advise us of their estimated time of arrival if they are arriving after office hours which are 5pm week days and 3pm weekends. The only advise we had received which did not include a phone contact number was that they would be arriving after 5pm. As there had not been any contact by 9pm we went to be bed to be woken at 9.30pm to advise us that they were still at Noosa and would be arriving at approximately 10.30pm. Directions were given to the car park entrance with a request to phone on arrival. After 10.30pm we received another phone call to advise us they would be another 20 minutes.
When guests advise us that they expect to arrive at 11.00pm or any other time out of hours they are greeted with a smile.A simple phone call during the day to advise us what the expected time of arrival was and these guests would have also received a warm welcome.
