Be careful when booking a 1 bedroom apartment, they are more like studios not separate rooms. When we raised our concerns with management we were rudely told that we (the customer) were wrong. There is no separate door only a plantation shutter in an open plan setting, therefore you can't properly darken or quieten a room for a sleeping child.

When we asked for simple things like sugar, or spare sheets (happy to pay for the laundering) the management couldn't have been more rude or unhelpful.

It's a great location and fairly new block, but we will never stay here again or recommend it to anyone because of the appalling management.

After enjoying my first stay in March I booked again for 10 nights in August. Once again I was very happy with my room Apt. 8, a floor lower than 13 where I stayed back then but had the same aspect with sun most of day. The location is hard to beat with shops, beach and public transport all close by. As there were several rainy days while I was there I was still able to get out because most of the shops have verandahs so from leaving the building footpaths were mostly covered. As with last holiday I found Sandra, Selwyn and Wendy most helpful and friendly. Great day trips not too far, Montville, Noosa etc.

We stayed here again for the second time in two years. It's in an extremely convenient location being very handy to the beach, cafes and shops along the main Mooloolaba strip. Pool and spa are lovely and definite pluses as is the size of this apartment complex - not too big and sprawling. Beds are comfy. However our apartment was grubby - as it was last time we stayed and in need of general maintenance and a paint out. Dirty fingerprints on light switches, microwave door, dishwasher, etc. Crumbs on bench tops when we arrived. Utensils outdated, some missing, others broken and most dirty. Management however are excellent and very helpful and replaced what we needed. Also complex was being painted out externally when we arrived so perhaps the apartments will get a makeover. Overall I would recommend it for couples and familys who are not too fussed about cleanliness.

We travel to mooloolaba every year for the past 10 years however this year decided to stay somewhere different for a change. We are usually up to the north however liked the location of the Aegean. The rooms were nice and clean with modern appliances. It was enjoyable to stay in a smaller style apartment block with less noise creating a peaceful stay. The pool and BBQ were great for after the beach and close to the surf club and my favorite ice cream store on the front. We stayed in unit 19 which is 4th floor facing the beach with great views of the ocean. Highly recommend staying here and will be back next year!
