Stayed on the 7th floor. Very spacious room, fully equipped kitchen, laundry bathroom combined. Loved the round shower/spa with a glass wall to the bedroom which also gives you views to the ocean. Bedroom is seperate to living areas which is good if entertaining and someone wants a nap.
Did notice it does show signs of wear and tear around grout, black scuff marks on walls, air con grilles need cleaning of fluff, and marks on fabric on lounges.
Great security with gated included parking, secure lifts operated on by room card, very helpful and friendly staff, fantastic grounds, with grassed areas, bbq, large pool, 2 spas,(Indoor pool under refurbishment till late March `12) considering all the grounds, gardens and pools are 1 story up above ground over shopping and restaurants.
Also linked to Coles supermarket, chemist, bakery, newsagent, pub, bars, and life guarded beaches.
Would stay again.

we just come back from mooloolaba, had a fortnight there. we thought that the Mantra was an expensive place but we wanted to have somewhere special for this holiday. we were dissapointed. the room was not clean, bathroom floor dirty, forgotten clothes of previous passengers in the drawers. we needed to buy a cockroach killer. the staff was corteous and helpful. as the other reviews say, it is well situated, and the view is fantastic. but for the price it costs we would have expected a nicer, cleaner, and comfortable place.

Booked in for two nights room only. Excellent accommodation and perfect location. Would recommend.

We stayed here for 6 nights and had an awesome time. We had an ocean view on the sixth floor and could not fault anything. The room was clean and spacious and the staff were extremely friendly and efficient. Car parking is free and the grounds and pool area were well maintained. The only problem we had here was having to leave!!!
