Many thanks for your feedback. The shark tunnel is closed for an exciting new upgrade and we are looking forward to the opening of our brand new state-of-the-art shark facility later on in the year. Whilst the shark tunnel is closed to the public we have reduced entry prices from $34 for adults to $23 and $23 for children to $14. As you can see these prices are significantly lower than they were when the shark tunnel was open. For the little ones we have our touch pool where children and people of all ages can touch a sea star, and our heads up tank where children can have their photo taken on the inside of the tank, amongst many other displays throughout seven different zones which have fun and amazing facts for kids including signs to show them where to ‘sea’ Nemo! There is also a play area for kids next to the gift shop. We are disappointed that this is the feeling you took away from your visit to UnderWater World and watch this space for more details regarding the reopening of the shark tunnel.
