I booked this apartment as I was coming on holiday for 8 days and didn't want to be confined to a hotel.

After alot of research I decided this is definately the place to stay.

Booking was such a breeze with Sheila.

I was scheduled to check in on the Sunday which office hours aren't open at 130pm however I had made it down the coast at 930am and thought I would try my luck and sure enough they were there and able to give me access to my apartment STAT (after a dodgy long flight I was very happy about this)

Parked my car in the provided parking space bliss

Walked up my own stair way and found my apartment which was a bit confusing but this could be the blonde coming out - a lovely permanent stayer showed me to my room (would of thought the hosts would of but i did come early) opened the door and WOW big spacious apartment for one hello BREAK!

lovely master bedroom and second bedroom which became the shopping room
Kitchen stunning
so much storage so so much storage space (heaven for a shopaholic)
1 massive balcony that overlooked the pool became my sun spot and the other tiny balcony off the master bedroom didn't get used but nice to stand outside occasionally to view the hills.

Not really any negatives except the rubish bin skip was a bit of a walk and the fact having to carry my suitcase up all the stairs to get to level two was annoying but only had to take it up once and back down once. Needed to ask advice about somethings but everytime i went to the office no one was there.
Also no Telephone to call reception with which was a little frustrating as I had to use my cellphone I did leave a message for them to come up to my apartment between such and such times and they did replace my light bulb so they didn't ignore my messge which was good!

For price and value I would definately stay here again by myself or with family or friends. very affordable classy accomodation in the best location.

If you want a quiet, yet modern spacious accommodation next to a beautiful beach with easy walking distance to any style of cafe, restaurant and bottleshop this is it.

Absolutely perfect for family holidays with young kids. The village has very nice apartments with a well maintained pool, heated spa and a great BBQ setup.

So relaxing I almost fell into a coma.

We will be coming back.

We recently stayed at The Village apartments , we stayed in a 2 bedroom unit and found them to be very clean, nice and quiet and in a great location. I will be coming back here to stay next time.The managers were delightful.

We (2 adults, 3 children), have just returned from a 6 night stay in a 3 bedroom unit at The Village. It had everything we needed and was very clean and spacious. We all enjoyed the proximity to the beach and took full advantage of the pool and spa. The managers Sheila and Dave were welcoming and very accommodating with all requests. The Village is definitely good value and we as a family have all agreed that when back on the Gold Coast, this is where we would like to stay. All 5 of us would recommend The Village to anyone looking for accommodation which is quiet, yet close to all facilities.
