Book this with wotif never again THe pictures certinaly are different to what you get The room smelt moldy tv antena was broken furniture was rusting and if you get to sleep with the noise you did well we stayed for three nights and couldn't get out quick enough. As for the breakfast we paid for three had two got abetted meal at McDonald down the road. Very disappointed Contacted Wotif they need to review their rating as it overrated. Where do I start... firstly the room was old and in need of repair. There was a hole in the bathroom door that had had an atempt to fix, a loose power point in the bathroom near the basin. threadbare capet in the door way, the patio furniture was broken and unsafe, there were large cracks in the window beside the a/c and large cracks in all the corners of the room and the bed was so hard I couldn't get comfortable even though I like a firm bed. That was just he start of a weekend away. Our booking was to two nights but the hotel only had us in for one night but took more than the price of one nights accommodation from our card and did not want to refund the difference, and did not offer to give us the second night just said "well thats just a slip of the finger in the bookings!!!!!!!

We booked as a small family get together. One room was Basic but clean. Other had daily service again clean. Met our needs as we spent most of time away from hotel.
Certainly not a resort but pool was enjoyable. Cooked Breakfast was ok for $10 per person. Reception was courteous but not overly inspiring.
Undercover parking provided security and easy access to rooms. Aircon worked well and not noisy but toilet in one room would not shut off on a lot of occasions. Next to lift which was a little irritating.
Overall it was adequate

I booked the Outrigger Resort because it looked affordable, clean, and close to places. We were held up for a good 20 minutes at reception while the concierge attempted to book 3 people in at once, which was to be honest quite unprofessional. We opened the door to our room, and the smell, while not strong, was enough to make me want to leave. The beds are rock hard and extremely uncomfortable. After 20 minutes of trying to think about the room in a positive light, we gave up, checked out and found another place to stay. I do not recommend this place to anyone.
