I booked one night's accommodation at the Ski Inn Motel in Jindabyne online. I called earlier in the week to confirm that they would take a late check in and also stated that I would be arriving at 11pm in the booking form. I arrived in Jindabyne at 11pm after driving down from SYdney after work on a Friday evening. When we arrived, there was no one in the reception area and tan 'after hours enquiry' mobile number on the door. We called the door was locked. We looked under every pot in the foyer area to see if a key had been left out for us - there was nothing. There was hat 20 times and it rang and went to voicemail each time. On the 21st time the owner of the phone hung up on us mid-ring and then turned the mobile off. We had no choice but to leave at about 11:45pm and drive through Jindabyne in hope of finding alternative accommodation. Luckily - the Banjo Patterson Inn could take us and where still awake. We left two voicemails on the mobile and land line office phone and nobody bothered to call us back. I have emailed them this morning requesting a full refund.
