We stayed at The Station last year with a group of friends during snow trip and we came back this year.

Positives:
• Cheap accommodation especially if booked with perisher card
• Rooms are spacious and can accommodate up to 6 people in a room.
• Beds are not in bunk bed set up which is a plus as we are all adults. Beds were also very comfy and we all slept well don’t know if that’s cause we were pretty tired from snowboarding all day.
• Space / area to hang place our snow gear and luggage
• Heater warmed the room especially since weather got to -10 degrees during our stay
• Rooms were serviced everyday and towels replaced
• Tea and coffee provided and replenished everyday
• Cafeteria and bar on site
• 20mins drive from snow fields and 5mins to town

Negatives:
• Finding parking in front of accommodation can be tough if you arrive late or move car.
• There are four rooms per demountable and can sometimes hear people in other rooms.
• Hot water was not hot enough
• Cafeteria food was over priced and not that great

Overall The Station is a clean, warm and cheap place to stay for a group to the snows.

Very basic accommodation. No frills. Reminds me of a school camp set up. You stay in cabins with circa 1980's steel beds. Very 'cut-rate communal feel about it. OK if you are away on a lads weekend, but don't expect anything flash. I guess it's a place to crash for the night after skiing all day. Don't expect anything more. Very high cost for the 'quality' you find. Breakfast is served in a 'mess hall'.
