Nice hotel in the center of Cessnock. Rooms were clean, comfortable and modern. Not the cheapest Best Western i stayed in in NSW but you get what you pay for. It also has free guest laundry facilities. Easy access to the Hunter Vallet where no doubt you pay triple for accommodation. Next door to social club where you can add their facilities i.e. food, drink onto your room bill.

I stayed here for one night while doing wedding planning. This motel is excellent value for money. The motel is newly renovated with tasteful dark wood furniture. The room is large with plenty of cupboard space. The bathrooms are also newly renovated and very clean and spacious. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

The only negative is that our air conditioner was extremely noisy. This kept me up a lot of night and I didn't sleep much at all which was a shame. If they could install quiet air conditioners the motel would be near perfect.

It is located in the heart of the Cessnock which is very handy and it only takes 5 minutes to get into the vineyard area. I will definitely recommend this motel to our guests who are looking for a one night stay at a reasonable price.

I recently stayed at the Cessnock Best Western for 3 nights and found it to be near faultless. It's in a great location close to the shopping centre, League Supporters Club and cinema. The room was spacious, tastefully decorated and clean - the bed was luxuriously comfortable too. The bathroom was modern with plenty of counter space for toiletries (something often missing in hotels) and all in all, as you see, I thought it would have been hard to improve on. A couple of things, however, (there are always a couple of things....) the TV was not digital so very limited stations (although they are in the process of switching to digital) and the breakfast was not included and cost $12.50 - OK for a continental breakfast but you may find better for similar elsewhere. If I was in the area again I'd definitely be staying there.

We stayed there during Christmas- Boxing Day, so we did not expect much because everyhing were closed during the festive season but we received an exceptional service. The continental breakfast was very generous. The room was very clean especially the bed, linen and the bathroom. The air-condition is a bit noisy. Good location, surrounded by stores like Big W, Woolworths and Cessnock Supporters Club.
