Just got back from 7 days here. Had great apartment with deck with views. Infinity pool lovely, with view to water and islands. New manager clearly keen to keep place quiet, which is very important, given that Airlie Beach could be quite crowded.

This resort was one of our stops during our recently completed touring holiday and we really felt that we had good value for money.The rooms were clean, comfortable and spacious and the service was excellent. They were more than happy to book any tours for us (eg Barrier Reef) and their local knowledge was impressive. All in all a very pleasant experience and we would be happy to return.

During our stay we had the opportunity to speak with the friendly manager Robert, and got a good insight into where the property standards were when they took it over, and what his plans have been to completely uverhaul the standards within the resort.
Congratulations, already within a short period of time Robert and his team have made huge improvements, notably in tidiness, cleanliness and the replacement of linens, cushions, furniture and sound systems.
The young lady who welcomed us at the front desk was very friendly and helpful.
The location is very very close to the main strip of Airlie, and views from the resort are spectacular.

After a not so great stay back in early 2010 we decided to try out the resort again as we heard there had been a change in management. My husband and I couldn't have been more thrilled with the place, friendly and attentive staff combined with our beautiful apartment overlooking the ocean we could not fault it. We have already booked in for our next visit. Definitely highly recommend this place.

Very dissappointed with this place. Looked great on the website, but was very outdated and dirty. We had a two bedroom apartment on the top floor. Fantastic views, we had a spa pool on our balcony but did not use it as it had a layer of oily film sitting on the water. My 8 year old daughter did not want to sit on the lounge furniture as it looked dirty. Kitchen and bathrooms were old and grimy. The childrens bathroom had a broken toilet seat - yuk! Worst of all - the bedspreads were filthy - why cant these be washed after each bookijng - there is no point putting clean sheets on the bed only to find when you roll down the cover there are stains!!! Overpriced too :(
