They gave us lots of advise on tours and day trips and also on local restaurants. Some toys and books also DVDs available from the reception.
The rooms on top floor were great. We felt like we were in the rainforest! Didn't mind the stairs :-)
The pool area is very quiet and clean. It has a shaded playground with lots of buckets and spades to play with next to it.
Hotel is close to Kuranda (only 20 minutes drive) and other activities like Skyrail (5 minutes) and the train. Tropical Zoo is only across the road.

Somewhere quiet to relax & unwind, that's what we wanted & we were not disappointed. The accommodation is spacious whether there are 2 of you staying (as it was for us) or 6. The decor is airy & the furnishings are excellent quality. A/C in all rooms meant cool, sleep-filled nights.
The pool & surrounding area was clean & well maintained, as were the grounds. There are 2 large gas BBQ's around the pool - perfect for your evening meal.
Palm Cove beach is only 100 yards away & is exactly what you would expect on a tropical beach - clean sand, warmed from the sun, blue sea & palm trees! Idyllic.
We would have no hesitation in returning. The 12,000 mile journey is well worth it.
John & Della will do anything to make your stay as perfect as possible. Both are very knowledgeable on all of the local & not so local attractions.
If you get the chance to visit this beautiful part of the world, grab it with both hands.

We travelled 10,000 miles for our second visit to this accommodation in 2 years. Palm Cove is a special place, the accommodation is delightful - spacious, modern, bright. I don't know where paradise is, but this has got to be pretty close! The accommodation includes access to a lovely pool. The site is 100 yards from the beautiful Palm Cove beach and a few miles from the Rainforest.

Whilst Palm Cove is a beautiful place there is not much to do in the evening and prices locally are high

Lovely apartments with everything you could possibly need for a short or long stay.
Superb tennis court and swimming pool with barbecue facilities. The management were great, very helpful, friendly and informative. Only a short stroll to the beach and local shops, restaurants and bars, again everything you could need for any kind of holiday.
