I have never been treated so rudly in all my life!

I booked online through a booking agency which was fine. Usually I would look at the reviews before I book anything, but this day I was in a hurry and just looked at the pictures on the website and thought oh yeah thats alright and its only for one night. But When we arrived the first impressions were not great, and when I got inside to reception the guy that was serving me was so rude when I started to ask about the ride to the airport in the morning. The room I had booked only did transfers from the airport not to the airport and it was all on from there. He told me I should of rung him to ask him and telling me I didnt read the discription on the paper properly. I was trying to explain to him that I did ring and that I was happy to pay the extra $10 so I can get to the airport and he kept shouting at me and cutting me off everytime I opened my mouth. In the end I got so pissed off I started having a go at him and told him to shove it and went and stayed somewhere else. As I was walking out he told me I wasnt getting a refund and my credit card would be charged the full price and I said we would see about that and rung the booking agency and they were really good and gave me my refund. After reading all these other reviews I am discusted at them and have no idea how they are still trading. I would love to know who to complian to and get them shut down. This many bad reviews has to count for something.

I agree with all the other reviews on this page. The service was terrible. People were rude. We had to call from the airport for the shuttle and it took over 1/2 an hour before anyone there answered the phone as it just rang out. The seats in the shuttle itself were absolutely filthy and there were no seat belts. When we got to the room, the carpet was sticky, there were stains on the bedspreads and when we pulled back the bed covers there was a dead insect in the bed. Only one power point worked in the room which had the heater plugged into it (as we tried to charge our mobile phones). The room was freezing and there was only the very small blower heater provided. We didn't stay. Had a quick shower after our very long flight and left.

My daughter had booked in here with my young grandson for one night and before she had been in the reception area 5 minutes the receptionist guy was so rude and arguementative she left. Judging from all the other reviews she had a lucky escape from dissgusting. How do people like this stay in business!!!

I did think that comically bad was a good description (from previous reviewer) and tolerated this hotel one night on arrival. Clenched my teeth for the second night for return flight, but after usual Basil Faulty reception, decided to do a runner and run across the road and stay at the Hotel opposite. I think they get a few escapees! Such a relief to stay somewhere clean, well managed and with pleasant staff.
