The Quarterdecks was a wonderful place to stay, the villas are spacious and have everything you need-and some great extras. The management (Craig) and staff are super nice and helpful. There is a pool, a common grill , DVD players in each room and a ton of DVD's to borrow, and each unit has it's own patio, kitchen, dining area, laundry etc. It is located in Urangan, in a pretty quiet area which is actually quite nice. A great place for families, couples just about anyone. If I am back in Hervey Bay I would definitely stay here again!!

We stayed at quarterdecks in hervey bay for a wedding. The apartment was so clean & very modern furnishings. The main bed was downstairs with ensuite & upstairs was the other 2 bedrooms. That was good because we stayed with a couple & their 21month old boy. So they stayed upstairs & my husband & i had main bed. Upstairs had own bathroom & tv area. Girls in reception were very nice & helpful. They even have a big range of dvd's you can borrow. Have a great pool/spa/bbq area. They also have a sauna, which according to my husband wasn't built properly. Heat escapes & it has a concrete floor, so not a proper sauna. So that was the only negative thing. Oh & the retreat isn't in the cbd of hervey, it's only a few minutes walk to the water, but you would have to drive to the nicer beaches of urangan, torquay & scarness.
Overall a great place to stay & value for money.

We have bin at quarterdecks for three day's and it were the three best day's of our holiday. Graig is a perfect host and we had a marvelous appartment. I have never feld so special as with these kind people.

A great house with two bedroom and bathroom. Nearby the centre and al oppertunities for excursions.

It was the beginning of a great holiday.

I loved it! Everything was perfect, it was a two story place we even brought our giant dog with us! It was fantastic we spent new years eve here and it was great to have the dog right by our side in such a modern and beautiful apartment/villa. I've been dying to come back. We were supposed to stay for 3 weeks but cut it short to 2 weeks because of the awful weather we were having, we apologized to the staff (who were FANTASTIC may I add) and gave us a full refund of the week we had to cut short. The staff were so friendly and welcoming, it felt like home. I'm dying to return and I recommend to anyone. The pool was great, a BBQ area, even met some people from the US who we befriended. It was a fantastic stay I loved it. Please stay here! I know I'll be back!
