“Great easy family budget stay in a tent!”

Camping in a tent with two kids 7y 5y, over new year period. Really impressed on daily rate, no extra charge for children! Had a wonderful large new clean pool kids and us loved! Brand new shower and toilet block that only seemed to be used by us and very few others. Only small park, and it does have long term residents livin there, but all were very friendly, nonproblems. If we had older kids, or just adults you could walk easy into Torquay, the main hub of things, and the foreshore. But it car just minutes, so no trouble. Hervey bay really made it a great family holiday, with the new water park and board walks, beautiful Long beaches with very safe calm swimming waters, walks, biking, scooters, jetties, family friendly taverns! We ended up staying an extra night too!
