Very tidy and well presented hotel. Good location, food and drinks only a short walk away, plus they have a good restaurant located in the hotel. Staff are very helpful and friendly. Rooms are decorated nicely, and rooms by the pool have their own balcony. Rooms are clean my only complaint was that the cleaners failed to clean the toilet properly or at all? Not a nice thing to see. Most importantly for me is a clean bathroom. I would rate the bathroom about a 3 out of 5. Plus the shower water pressure is probably the weakest I have any experienced. Apart from those two things I would say yes stay there. Under cover parking is available. Probably about a 1km walk from the esplanade where that bulk of the other shops and hotels are located.

My wife and I loved the spacious accomodation. A spa bath of a night was a great way to wind down before sleeping in a comfortable king size bed. All digital channels are available though they could add cable tv. The restaurant serves up manner delicious meals but the must have is their white chocolate mud cake. Room service is also an option at the Ramada. The front desk and restaurant staff and friendly and hospitible though the room attendants could say hello with a smile to make it that bit more pleasant. As the location is at the Marina precinct, the Ramada has pushbikes to hire or you will need to rent a car as shops are a few kilometers away. There is ample parking at the Ramada. Will definately return again.

Just returned from a five night getaway at the Ramada. Beautiful accommodation (only 3 years old), great pool and fantastic restaurant. We really enjoyed our time at the Ramada. The only downfall for me personally is that I did not have an ocean view (but a lovely view of the pool). Close to the Marina Precinct which was also lovely. The bed was the best I have ever slept on!!

I do a lot of travelling in country areas and find the standard of business accomodation mostly mediocre.

However, what a surprise it was to find such modern accomodation in Hervey Bay well suited (no pun intended!) to the business traveller.

A fair-sized room with all the comforts one expects after a hard day's work. The desk is excellent for a few after hours tasks and the room I had was most conducive to 'wind down' in.

The restaurant downstairs serves good meals and the Ramada is well located for a refreshing seafront walk after dinner.

Parking is easy and the Ramada is located close to the town.

The staff are most friendly and obliging.

I will certainly be staying there on my next visit to Hervey Bay.
