Fabulous apartment beautifully clean and amazingly well appointed.We wanted to stay longer but were on a tight time schedule. Liz and Damer were great hosts, nothing too much troube and we were taken on a tour of the area by them which was very interesting. Would go back without hesitation!

The Waves is a lovely hotel/motel right across the road from the beach. It is well maintained and well equipped. The managers are lovely people and very knowledgeable about the area.

We were so lucky to find this place. Just happened to pass it on the way through Kaikoura - and stopped on the off chance they would have accommodation. We thought it was an hotel at first, but it was apartments that could be let out by the night. Absolutely fabulous. Lovely modern decor, swish kitchen with all mod cons, two bedrooms and two bathrooms, washing/drying facilities, comfy furniture in lounge, wonderful sea view, balcony - heaven.
We were also recommended to the really superb White Morph restaurant nearby - where we had one of the best meals of our entire NZ holiday. Thanks

We stayed here for one night in December whilst travelling around the south island . The apartment was modern and spacious with a very well equipped kitchen. Cannot recommend highly enough.
