Great service from knowledgable and honest tasting servers. All in a beautiful setting. And of course if you are all wined out then theres the brewery next door.

We went to the brewery/vineyard to try the German food and beer. The food was a little disappointing and felt it was just another vineyard.

An impressive repository of wine from a new entrant to the region

We started off with some wine tasting...kids played in the kids corner (noughts and crosses game supplied as well as coloring in and a few beanbags and soft toys). We then decided to let the kids have a play on the playground outside while the adults did the beer sampler. Bought the kids chips and adults had trio of dips...both delicious. Disappointed we could not order pizzas during the week (kids were starving after the beach) and we were not told about the kids meals even when I asked if they had anything for the kids. Found out afterwards on the way out as I spotted a colouring in sheet with the kids meals listed on it. The grounds are lovely and picturesque. The island is like a fairy tale to visit. Would love to come and have a meal here next time I am in Margaret River.
