Great ambience, friendly hospitality. Room was smallish but very charming. Owners were always happy to oblige and assist with friendly advice and delicious afternoon tea provided!

Freshly baked afternoon tea, lemon cup cakes and Brownies YUM I had double helpings sorry Deb just delish.
Cooked breaky at 8.30am so you get that sleep inn and share a table with other guests table which is great as you hear what they are up to and what they think you should do in the area ( your very own trip advisor) comfy bed, very nice bedlinen, clean rooms, air-conditioners & flat screen TV in each room, a short walk from Margaret River's main shopping area.
Fridge & tea-making facilities in wardrobe hidden away, great idea.
places to sit around the garden, you could get a room with a Balcony we were not there long enough as too much to do. in Margaret River, Deb & Pete can help you out as well

Pros - fantastic hosts, good breakfasts, daily freshly baked goody (cake, slice, muffins), very nice bedlinen, clean rooms, air-conditioners & flat screen TV in each room, a short walk from Margaret River's main shopping area.

Cons - Room was on small side. Some rooms have exits to balcony - ours didn't (jealous). Garden was looking tired. Fridge & tea-making facilities in wardrobe seemed a bit odd.

Thank you so much for your warm and considerate accommodation service during our whole journey. Deb, your home made cake and afternoon tea are amazing delicious! Even, you give us a early check in at noon which really gives us enough rest time to afford the late afternoon and night activities!

In the end, the most moving point is: when I went back to the guest house the last night, we saw the breakfast with milk and fruit sitting in our fridge, which is so considerate for us to have a quite early check out in the next morning. This is the treatment for family member!

I haven't been in such a warm hotel before! It is not a hotel but a home!

Next time, I am quite sure to live here again if I get another chance to go to visit Margaret River!
