Our room, 30, was very nice. King size bed, fridge, and all the comforts required for one night. Quiet, clean, bathroom is dated, but perfectly OK. Everything worked. The reception staff was very competent and friendly.

Location is very good, being just off the main highway interchange and only 5 blocks from centre of town.

The dining room provided a good dinner and breakfast. We used our Seniors Card and got our 10% discount.

Room had an eighties look about it (dated and a bit tired), but it was was clean. Airconditioner made a loud rattling noise until after it had run on heat cycle for about 10 minutes.

Room OK for the price paid and would recommend on the basis that what you pay for is what you get. Room renovations would improve this hotel significantly.

Free Wi Fi is a plus, just ask at reception.
Reception open until 9 pm of a night (same time that restaurant closes).
Restaurant food was good at standard restaurant prices, and staff very friendly.

Museum in Geraldton is worth a visit. It is well laid out, informative and the entry cost is by donation.

We stayed here for 2 nights during Australia Day. The room itself wasn't particularly impressive, but all the basics were there. we didnt have a car, so we had to walk into the main town, which was a good 20 min walk. We felt totally safe walking both in the day and at night time.

I thought the staff seemed very friendly and helpful. We asked for a late checkout, and it was done with no issue.

The thing that impressed me most was the restaurant. You would never think it was part of a cheap motel chain. The decor and menu's were impressive, and the service was also great. I also thought the prices were very reasonable. Save time wandering around geraldton looking for somewhere to eat, and dine here - you'll surprise yourself.

Check out skeeters for some lunch - very nice cafe down by the foreshore.

My family and I stayed here overnight on the way back from Monkey Mia and found it very good value accommodation.

It is pretty standard 90's decor in the rooms. We had a double bed and single in the room and a small table and chairs. There is a mini bar, which we used as the prices were reasonable. The bathroom has an older style shower and vanity and a separate toilet.

We used the pool and they provided pool towels at reception. There is a barbeque area and some outdoor seating with shade if you wish to use it.

We ate at the restaurant for dinner which had reasonable prices and was nicely set up with white linen. It was a Saturday night and it was quite busy. The service was excellent. They have also have a comprehensive separate children's menu which is very inexpensive. The food was delicious.

A buffet continental breakfast was included with the rate and was excellent. There was a large range of cereals, fruits, yoghurts , cheese and cold meat, toast, fruit juices, tea and coffee all included. You can order a cooked breakfast if you wish but that is extra.

We will recommend this motel and probably use it again.
