We got there in the midle of the evening on Sunday. We did not have to wait for service. The man was very polite and friendly enough but not too much. We did not inquire as to what services our fee intitled us to neither was the information offered.

The room was very clean, decor nice and spacious enough for two adults. It was quiet but am not sure if it is because the neighbours where quiet or if it was because the walls were sound-proofed. I would suggest the first.

One of the problem is that the toilet seat would not stand up on it's own. For a guy, it is annoying.

Coffee facilities are available in the room but I do not reccomend them; the coffee is atrocious instant coffee. Also, the ketle does not fit under the tap so you have to fill it with a cup.

Travelled with my hubby and 3 young children. We had a two room unit. The kids room had a double bed and 2 single beds and the queen bed was in the main room. This unit had ample room to move with a couch and table and chairs for meals. This unit also had a fully functional kitchenette which would have been useful if we were staying more then one night! It wasn't the Grand Hyatt in decor but for a low cost holiday it was comfortable, clean and staff were very helpful. It did have a good sized playground which the kids wanted to use but it was raining. Will definately stay again if passing through.

Excellent service - staff very pleasant at all times. Breakfast arrived on time, was still hot and well cooked. Room was clean and comfortable, surroundings were well maintained - pool was inviting but decided to enjoy the spa instead.On service road off main highway into Warrnambool so easy to find and easy to follow directions to main tourist attractions only minutes away. Would recommend this reasonably priced motel to anyone

My family stayed at motel warrnambool for a (self created) long weekend and we found it nice and quiet. The rooms were spacious enough for my partner and I and our 3 boys. It had a good playground for our boys.

The staff were friendly and courteous and were helpful in pointing out attractions and directions.

The rooms were clean and well maintained and were well priced.
