Janine and Jim welcomed our group enthusiastically and catered to our every need with good humour and enthusiasm. They went above and beyond by assisting us with detailed tourism advice, directions, and even transported us to dinner and entertainment destinations and then picked us up in our own hired mini-bus. Great ambience, good food and great compny abound at this friendly country motel.

The best thing about this place is the managers. Extremely nice and helpful.
The room was very clean and tidy with an ipod dock and good office desk. The room had a queen size bed and also had bunk beds that took up alot of room. Would have preferred to not have those there but....... this is the worst thing i can remember of the experience.
Would i stay there again????/ YES i would. Mainly due to the managers. Other than them this is just an above average room with the usual amenities.

Stayed at the comfort inn while visiting family. Host was warm and inviting and had great knowledge of what to do in warrnambool. Loved the pwood panelling in the room and because it was off peak we got a really great price only downside was the noise from the road and another guest outside our room tslking very loudly on their mobile phone early in the morning but it didnt really bother us andits not something the hosts can really fix . When we return to warrnambool we will stay here again.

i have stayed in lots of comfort inns around victoria while gokarting with my son , this hotel was by far the cleanest and best i have ever stayed in , and i would have no problems recomending this hotel to any one, thanks for a great stay. Richard Thomas
