The staff on arrival were friendly and the room was reasonably clean and tidy (2 bedroom family room), although there was some rubbish under one of the beds in the second bedroom.

The room(s) were large enough for 4 people and the free wi-fi was appreciated. ( I don't understand why hotels in capital cities charge $20+ per day for it).

Two of the reasons that we chose this hotel were:
- Heated Pool
- Breakfast included

It was disappointing that the pool was cold and that breakfast was only served between 7:00 - 8:30 am. For leisure travel this was too restrictive as we did not wake up until 8:30 and missed breakfast.

The price of $170 was reasonable value, though for a regional hotel it seemd a little bit high.

Reception was friendly and helpful upon arrival, and again on departure. Although I had booked for one, I convinced my wife to join me... this didn't present any problem (just a small surchage, mainly to cover an extra breakfast).
Thought the lift to the first floor was novel, and welcome for taking bags "upstairs".

Great Value for money. Thoroughly enjoyed our Stay there. Would come back again and recommend to all friends.
