This hotel is right by the lake front, walking distance to the gondola, wharf, all the good restaurants, and just about anything you would want to do in Queenstown itself.
We arrived off a very early flight but the staff offered to store our bags, and even called me once the room was ready, which was a couple of hours before it was due!
The room was spotless, well appointed and was equiped with everything and anything we could need.
Great room service menu, comfy bed and a lovely lake view from the terrace.
My only con, was the shower over bath thing, which is my pet peeve, but there was a solid rail to hold and the taps were easily reached.
Bravo, Crowne Plaza, you'll see us again.
Room Tip: Lake views are lovely but even the garden view rooms have a terrace and are a little quieter.
