My husband and I recently spent a night at the B & B On The Hill, Queenstown, New Zealand. It was a fabulous location with a fabulous view. The room wasoutstanind, and there was great attention to detail. Susan was a great hostess and gave us many suggestions as to what we should see while we were in Queenstown. From our travels around New Zealand and staying at many B & B's, our only suggestion would be that she offer a cooked breakfast along with the continental breakfast. We would certainly stay at the B & B on the Hill again and recommend it to our friends. Queenstown is probably our favourite place to visit on the South Island. Sue Wilson has done a great job of refurbishing her wonderfully located home which she kindly gave us the run of. The view from the sitting room window is what every visitor to this town would hope to find and e wry mod con was available - a great place to stay

A friend and I stayed here for 3 nights in October and I couldn't have asked for better accommodation. The room was very comfortable and well-kept, and the views were incredible. The breakfast each morning was delicious. To top everything off, Sue could not have been more hospitable. She made us feel right at home, and even helped me with my laundry one afternoon. We enjoyed talking to her whenever we were around, and she provided recommendations whenever we asked for them. I would highly recommend this B&B!!

Beautiful home with fantastic lake views & great balcony to watch those sunsets. The rooms are spacious & very comfortable with lovely bedlinen, towels & toiletries. Sue is a lovely, welcoming host & offered up good suggestions what we could do. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We didn't have a car & didn't find it a problem. I noticed some people mentioned the hill but Queenstown is full of hills!!!
