Great location, 5 mins beautiful lake walk to the main area. We had a lakeside balcony room with the greatest view of the mountains and lake. Nothing was a problem and the bed was so comfortable. We stayed two nights and this was our best experience out of seven visits too Queenstown. This is our new haven and would definitely stay here long term!

A really amazing place to stay. When we first walked in, the view literally made our mouths hit the floor.

So stylish and with all the mod cons (computer, internet, fireplace, full kitchen with dishwasher and yes, you can wash/dry your clothes here), the rooms were spacious and the bathrooms very modern. One evening we stayed in for the night and as I laid on the couch with my feet near the fireplace, I looked out onto the snow capped mountain range and I felt I should pinch myself to see if it was real.

The apartments were a 15 minute walk from Queenstown. I enjoyed walking in and back to "earn" the calories we ate at the many nice restaurants in town. The couple of nights that the girls didn't want to walk back it was only a $10NZ cab ride.

We stayed with another couple who are friends of ours and there was a good level of privacy and we were not in each others faces which can be the case in some apartments.

Highly recommended for a memorable stay.

We stayed for 3 nights in a studio room and would agree with the other comments on the site. The room is very compact. We knew we didn't have a view but wish we did as this would have been spectacular! The studio apartment is self contained with a small kitchenette including microwave and fridge. The bathroom is modern and the room was very clean. The apartments are self contained but you are provided with the basics (including milk) however things like complimentary toiletries are one per 2 people per stay- so make sure you take everything yourself! We would also agree that we did not find the staff overly friendly, it did seem like we were bothering them a little bit rather than them wanting to provide a great customer service. Parking, laundry and free internet are nice extras but overall if we stayed again we wouldnt choose a studio room we'd splash the cash and get a room with a view.

This review is only for a studio apartment. We have stayed in multiple apartment hotels in different cities during out stay in New Zealand. We wanted a hotel location along Lake Wakatipu and chose this establishment because of the ratings. However, we were disappointed with the size of the studio apartment we stayed in. We stayed in hotels rooms (not classified as apartment) larger than the one we were given. It was equipped with a small kitchenette and managed to squeeze in a computer desk (which doubled as our dining table). The bathroom was upgraded and one of the better ones we've seen. There's a shared laundry facility & hallway we had to share with one other apartment (we had no conflicting issues on that note). We did like the double security - entering by key through the shared door and our own. The covered parking on the ground floor was designated for the apartment. Note: there are many stairs to walk to get to the building. We found it inconvenient when bringing luggage to our room. The luggage ramp is too steep and not useful when icy. The room accommodation was not worth the price. If we choose to stay at this establishment in he future, we will consider at least a 1-bedroom or larger (if the price is fair).
