Dec 2011 and just had our fourth stay with Jack and Kate since their refurbishment programme two and a half years ago. Spacious and airy units suit our adult aged family (upto 4 at times) and presentation is always clean, fresh and welcoming. Management and staff are very friendly and always helpful with any special requirements. For drivers, the excellent spacious easy access on-site parking is a bonus. Well situated to take advantage of Dunedins tourist attractions and great white sandy beaches. We highly recommend this motel and know we will be back again in the not too distant future.

We stayed here for one night in December 2011. We had an upstairs unit that was spacious, clean and very comfortable. Newly renovated bathroom. Had everything that we needed. A bit out of the city, in a suburban street, which made it nice and quiet.

We enjoyed our three night stay in a two bedroom unit style motel room that was like brand new and very clean.
Main bedroom was a little small with a queen size bed, but still very comfortable.

Great staff who were very helpful with booking tours, and assisted with washing while we were out for the day.
Excellent location, and easy to find from town.

We stayed in a studio unit which was very modern and looked newly fitted out. The room was comfortable and clean, large enough for the bed and single armchair. Town centre location surrounded by other homes and buildings so no scenic views or any gardens but convenient for central Dunedin. A short walk to the beach across the dunes.
