We stayed here our first two nights during our two week trip, and it was a great way to start our vacation. Penny and Brian couldn't have been more helpful and gave us recommendations and advice as soon as we walked in the door, which was especially helpful since many places in Christchurch have closed down after the earthquakes. Excellent customer service.

This was an excellent hotel with fabulous accommodation. The room was spacious and the owners were helpful with regard to what we should see and do. It was a very pleasant night and enjoyable experience close to the centre of Christchurch

We stayed at the Camelot for two nights at the start of our holiday in New Zealand. We were very impressed with the amount of space in our two bedroom apartment. The staff were very friendly and welcoming.
The upper level was quite hot during the day, but cooled off nicely in time for sleeping at night. The downstairs bedroom was seperate, however, the one bathroom was attached as an en-suite, which wasn't ideal for use during the night by anyone sleeping in the other room, but by no means was this a big deal.
Overall we had a lovely stay and would recommend a visit.

We had a wonderful stay at Camelot. The owners, Brian and Penny, go out of their way to make their guests feel welcome. The motel is in a greatvlocation as well.
