I booked this for two reasons, on my return to Wellington I was travelling alone and I prefer self catering apartments for this purpose and the rate through Wotif was a knock out, 3 nights for $109 NZD for a 1 bed apartment. The unit was a good size for the living and sleeping area but the bathroom was very small.
On check in they were very concise, informing me that I had chosen the 3 night stay & save package that did not include housekeeping, this was perfectly appropriate, everything was great on arrival, the room very clean except for the bin in the kitchen that had not been emptied during servicing. I called Reception and the agent came straight up to empty the bin and automatically offered a room change, which I didn't want as I was in the middle of unpacking and it was just a bin that hadn't been emptied and she also noted that I was on a package that did not include housekeeping, but she said due to the inconvenience if I needed anything it could be looked at and she would advise the other reception staff of the incident.
The downside was that the bedroom had very little hanging space in a very small wardrobe and if you were staying here long term on business it would be frustrating.
The kitchenette was very well equiped, but you can tell a man designed the kitchenette that has never washed dishes, there is no place to let dishes drain after you wash them, so after washing up, you have to quickley mop up the bench top.
The fire sprinkler in the bderoom was very crudely cut out of the plasterboard, it should have been better finished.
I stayed in room 506, which was located at the rear side of the building, there is no view in this part of Willis st to seek out so it was perfectly quiet and would happily stay in this apartment again, the views from this apartment were of a very ordinary apartment block, but it was so quiet, I loved it just for that and it was a short stroll around the corner to all that Cuba st has to offer and not that far away from Courtney st for restaurants and entertainment as well as the harbourside, all up it was a very pleasant stay and I would stay here again

We had a great stay here. Our apartment was very spacious, it had a separate sitting area, a kitchenette with a 2-burner convection cook-top, kettle, toaster, cooking dishes and nice quality plates/silverware/glasses, a small dining table, and a larger than average bathroom with a washer/dryer and a large shower. The mattress was the firmest of the trip thus far. I liked how the bedroom was separate from the kitchen and the living area, if you had one person who wants to sleep off jetlag and another who wants to stay up, the layout is ideal for this.

I had requested a unit on the upper floors since some of the reviews on TripAdvisor had complained about street noise; we were on the 10th floor and it wasn't a problem until Sat night when we could still hear some noise from the party-ers on street level, but it wasn't loud enough to keep us awake. The apartment was extremely clean and perfectly fine. The European washer/dryer combo was a pain however... It was extremely noisy to run and took forever to figure out how to use it, and it also took forever to do a load of wash and to dry it (3 hours total for a 3 KG load). And the clothes came out wrinkled, probably all because I stuffed it too full... Great location close to restaurants and shopping. I'm really surprised that others complained about dirt, our unit was impeccable. It was a great value for the money and we spent a lot of time researching where to stay in Wellington, and were happy with our stay here. Our only issue was that it didn't have a typical reception area that is open late, and when we got back at 10:00 pm one night, the front desk was closed.

Well located, clean and tidy. A little spartan, but spotless, and equipped with everything I needed. Only concern was the large square plates provided being too large to turn inside the microwave, but the smaller plates fit fine (a small concern anyway!). Electric blankets were lovely in chilly Wellington. A small amount of noise when people were in the hallway, but otherwise completely quiet (I was on the 5th floor). No particular view to speak of, unless you like parking lots, but that didn't worry me.

Close to everything, including supermarket and airport bus.

I got a great deal on one of the discount booking sites, would definitely stay again - particularly at that price.

The apartment did the job for us for a weekend stay in Wellington. The apartment had a basic feel to it but was clean and tidy. The bed was a little soft but linen was clean and the room service was fine.

Had a problem when we first arrived - we arrived late and they couldn't find our booking so wouldn't let us into the place, rather disconcerting, but eventually the duty manager came down and let us in after about 15 minutes wait.

Location of the apartment is very convenient, with cafes close by and a short walk to shopping and harbour areas
