Stayed there for 3 nights. It is right in the town centre, close to most attractions or within reach. It is a good place to sleep, no other facilities, toilet/bathroom is big enough for 1 person. Very outdated room, but ok just to sleep. Forget about hospitality or any kind of welcoming. Got so disappointed when we checked in cos the reception (Laura) has got a really bad attitude, not friendly at all, feel like we owed her a lot of money. However, one of the cleaner by the name of Juliana is super friendly, and she is probably the first person whom had welcomed us warmly, felt much better after that. During our stay tried a few times go to the loby or the restaurant in the hotel but each time we saw her, we changed our mind about dinning at this hotel.
The air conditioning was blowing at the person sleeping on the right hand side, and it is unadjustable. Annoying. Windows couldnt be opened.

Dear ASAPPT,
Thank you for your feedback regarding your recent stay with us at Ibis Wellington. Whilst I am pleased that you enjoyed the location of the property, I am disappointed that the service you have received from a Front Desk staff member is well below our usual standard. I can assure you that I have personally dealt with the staff member concerned and she is very apologetic for making you feel this way and influencing your decision not to patronise the facilities of the hotel. I have also thanked Julianna for the service that she provided to you during your stay. Please rest assured that your comments have not been taken lightly by myself and it is our hope that you will give us another opportunity to better serve you in the future.
Kind regards,
Nathan Frost
