Nice place, very reasonably priced and a good location with free parking.
The owner was very helpful regarding a stuff up with a booking by the AA.
The rooms were very comfortable for a family. The motel is near a nice convenience store and steps away from the top of Cuba Street.

Our first visit to Wellington was a nice experience! Capital View Motor Inn is a right choice. Not something deluxe but good value. The building is a bit tired but the room was refurbished with everything adequate for a family, and we enjoyed the million dollar view from the windows! Free and safe parking, plus central location for driving in and out of the city. Thanks again to Mark who was so helpful!

The only suggestion I would like to add is that the floor/carpet should better be vacuumed everyday!

I stay here regularly. Service is always helpful and friendly. It is central to the businesses I have to visit and because it is a landmark I can use it as a beacon to find my way back. I am able to park my large van in free off-street parking area. Very close to Cuba St restaurants and bars.
