We've stayed twice and have always booked a two-bedroom LARGE apartment, because they also have two-bedroom smaller apartments (same price) and these suite our needs perfectly. Spacious, comfy beds, great decks, although no outdoor furniture to enjoy the outdoors. Car parking is a bit of a rabbit hole, but at least there's parking, which is pretty good the courtney street area. Proximity is great, lots of places to eat, and easy to get to.

If you have mobility issues, don't stay here because the disability rooms face the car park and who wants THAT for a view!!

We had a two bedroom apartment during our (unfortunately) brief one night stay that was absolutely fantastic! The room itself was modern with two large beds and a living room (with large TV!), modern kitchen, and spacious bathroom (with a cool sink). The laundry facilities were an added plus to the room! The room was clean and well equipped with everything we could ask for. One of the best features of the room was our balcony which was large and offered great views of Wellington! The staff was fantastic, even checking in late on Christmas Day! The only downside was the location of the parking garage which was challenging to get to with any significant amount of luggage. We would definitely stay here again!

We booked a two BR apartment for five of us and found that it was just uncomfortable. The odd man out got his own room. Even with four of us remaining, it was quite cramped especially given that there's only one bathroom. There's also a lot of furniture that's just too large for the space so movement around the apartment was difficult. It's a good thing we weren't in the apartment for too long as I'm sure it would have felt claustrophobic after some time. The apartments otherwise were pretty nice, complete with modern furnishings that I found to be common amongst the hotels we stayed at during our trip, and the staff was pleasant. The best attribute of this hotel is the location. It is seemingly convenient to everything and right next door to the hotel was one of the best bars I've ever been to - the Hawthorn Lounge. The ambiance and bartender are fantastic, specializing in mixology and 20s cocktails.

Not much to say aside from the best quality/size room for the price I've ever had...easily paid twice this amount for rooms half the size and way less well appointed.

Staff were pleasant and professional on check in...has a gym and a pool and at $95-ish for a studio room with a balcony I simply can not find any fault.

Great location just 2 mins walk from Courtney Place, Lone Star right down stars, Chow across the road...excellent!

Would stay again, would highly recommend!
