We needed short notice accommodation close to the hospital for morning appt. booked & arrived at midnight. Everything waiting for us as informed. comfortable and clean. Owners and staff very nice & welcoming. hospital over road. Supermarket, banks, eateries and a few shops 150 mtrs.

We recently stayed here in conjunction with a trip to Wellington Hospital. The owners could not have been more helpful and the unit on the 3rd floor was spacious, clean and mostly removed from the road noise. Beds were very comfortable. It is within a 3 min walk to the main Hospital doors and the bus service is nearby and frequent. Only 7 mins ride to the central city. A supermarket is nearby and plenty of eateries also within walking distance. We would thoroughly recommend this place to travellers and hospital patients and thanks to Natalie and Dave for your kindness on our recent visit.

We stayed at the South gate Motor Inn while my mother was in the hospital across the road, The owners Dave and Nat where absolutely amazing and went out of there way to make our stay stress free .The rooms are very clean and comfortable and the spa and shower are fabulous,beds were so comfy. I could not fault it and would highly recommend staying there .

Stayed here for 1 night and had the apartment with a spa and it was great. Can unwind prior to sleep. Great location for zoo etc
