Not only do you get a fantastic view of Roebuck Bay from the pool area and most of the rooms, but the customer service we experienced was first class. All the staff we came across were happy and friendly which is what you want when you are on holiday. For our final night we got a free upgrade to a deluxe suite which had 180 degree views of the bay and a beautiful spacious balcony to enjoy the view from. Why? because no one else was using it and they thought we might like it. Thanks for a great holiday Moonlight Bay Suites! (ps, if you stay here, make sure you ask for discount vouchers for Matso's Brewery over the road, which they also own)
We were here for New Years '12 and had a very pleasant stay. We stayed in a Bayview Deluxe Suite and the layout was open and allowed plenty of room for our 14month old to get around and play. The veiw over Roebuck Bay is spectacular, the pool is large and situated to enjoy the lovely bay view, however it was too 'warm' compared to other resorts pools for our liking. The ladies at reception were awesome and one in particular went out of her way to make our stay most enjoyable. Thanks for a lovely stay.
We had a fantastic stay at Moonlight Bay. Room was spotless, comfortable and cool. The pool was wonderful and the views amazing. The service was outstanding, nothing was too much trouble. We were very lucky to get an upgrade to the Deluxe Suite which had 180 degree views of the ocean. I had a spa treatment at Kiva and that too, was exceptional. We will definitely be back to Broome and Moonlight Bay Suites will be our number one choice.
I had two stays here this week - first for a few nights in a twin room (3 single beds) and then in a queen suite. Both rooms had great sized living areas and kitchens with everything that you need for self catering. I went for the best value rooms which didn't have views of the Bay - although I was out most of the time and didn't miss not having the views. Had a very pleasant Sunday evening at Matso's across the road listening to live entertainment and enjoying their lovely ginger beer. The drive to Cable Beach is only about 10 mins away and I had enough time to walk on the beach and catch the sunset there, then return to Moonlight Bay Suites to eat take-away fish and chips in the BBQ area catching the last light of the day overlooking the Bay. I didn't get a chance to swim in the pool which looked fantastic - certainly is over sized compared to many. A great stay which I'd highly recommend at a very reasonable price particularly given the quality and facilities.
