We stayed here after moving from another serviced accommodation city apartment. At first they cleaned the room and changed the towels every second day. By week 3 I could barely get them to clean once every 5 days. This place is tired, the bed is uncomfortable, lumpy and cheap and there is a rubbish collection point behind the hotel which will wake you for about an hour emptying glass at least two times a week in the early morning. Saying this, it has great light ( despite not being able to open the windows unless you like spiders) nice enough decor and is amazingly central. It would really benefit from new linen- the towels were threadbare.

My partner stayed there over a week end - 2 nights, in the penthouse, and paid over $800 - what a disaster.
He had a hand full of friends over, then went out.
He made an extra effet to leave the place in the same condition that he found it in , which was decent. He even had a friend bring a vacum cleaner, and vacumed teh whole place, washed the dishes, took out all the rubbish, made the beds.....
He recieved a call teh following day saying the house keeper found cigarette ash and butts in the master bedroom , and were charging him $300 dollars for maintence.
WHAT THE.... there was no smoking in the apartment, let alone beroom. I had washed my face, and get ready in that bathroom, there was no ash or cigarettes..... they charged the credit card. i asked for evidence, and convienctly, it was "cleaned up ".... absolute robbery. our word against theirs, and it looks like we are loosing this battle. NEVER GOING BACK -

Stayed here for four nights on a girls weekend to Melbourne. In the past we have stayed at Southbank so thought that we would have a change and stay somewhere in the heart of the city. The location was fantastic - walk to everything - didnt have to get a cab once. Close to lots of lovely laneways and cafes and restaurants - and of course the shops. It can be quite noisy outside but it is the middle of the city after all! Quick visit to the chemist for some cheap ear-plugs and noise was no longer a problem. We had a 3 bedroom/2 bathroom apartment - plenty of room for the four of us - very clean and serviced daily - only complaint would be that the carpet is looking a bit "tired" - could use replacing. Would happily stay here again.

I am sitting in the apartment right now writing this. Am here for the Queen's birthday long weekend for a girls weekend away. After reading some of the reviews before I was a bit worried about what we would get and especially because the price is quite cheap. But as soon as we opened the door to our apartment we knew it was the right choice. We have e 2 bedroom 2 bathroom executive apartment and it's amazing. It's a huge apartment with heaps of space. I love the high ceilings and big windows. So clean and tastefully furnished. Comfy comfy beds and large roomy bedrooms. More than enough room for 4 girls to spread out! Great location too. Would definitely recommend to everyone. Thank you Quest!
