Took up the fantastic offer on their townhouse, which was more like a 2-storey penthouse. The living & dining are on the lower level with a toilet & laundry. There is also a spacious corner next to the kitchen with a sofa bed.

The windows are not double proofed thus the sound of the trams & traffic can be heard, which can be annoying for a light sleeper. The water pressure seems low too as while we were trying to take a shower, the hot water comes on & off. We managed to resolve this problem by turning up the water supply. The knob of the tap also came off when we first used it.

On the whole, the place is clean & comfortable, and thee issues mentioned didn't dampen our stay. The reception was nice & helpful and the checking in & out was a breeze. Location wise, it was a easy stroll to the City Circle free tram as well as to Bourke Street Mall.

My company put me up here for two weeks, and it was a very nice place! In the Central Business District (CBD) so much of the downtown area was easily accessible! I stayed in a 2 bedroom, 1 large bathroom, and fully stocked kitchenette. Was a very clean space that was more than ample for 1 international traveller! Staff was super friendly & helpful, a few cafe's near-by but had to walk a few blocks to really hit more. Also, on weekends, nothing open around this place. Only drawbacks would be price and nothing open around it on weekends. Highly reccommend if you want to spend some $$$

Rooms - spacious and overall well furnished with basic facilities

Service - terrible! First day they didnt service our room. They made up some lame excuse that the do not disturb sign was up - it wasnt!
And one of the days the sheets werent even changed.

Then one of the staff doubleparked in front of our car. We couldnt get out and complained. She didnt even apologise and looked annoyed if anything.

Bathrooms - relatively clean but quite old and run down

Parking lot- terribly terribly small!

Overall - cheap but you only get what you pay for. The staff obviously need more training and education. Would definitely not be going back!

This property is located in between the busy shopping area and the night life ends of Melbourne and close to the Southbank Precinct.

We stayed 6 nights in a two bedroom apartment, which was clean, quiet spacious and comfortable. The kitchen is compact but very useable with a good range of crockery and utensils. The bathroom was clean with separate bath and shower. We had booked a 2 bedroom apartment with double beds, the double bed in one of the rooms was a little short on length - but otherwise extremely comfortable and good sleep quality. The Apartment was on level 5 and was very quiet - no discernible road noise.

This was our first time at this property and will probably return. The staff at reception were friendly and extremely helpful.
