Stayed 5 nights while in Melbourne for the tennis. Hotel was conveniently close to RLA and also the city with the city circle tram a stones throw away. Room was clean and fresh, nice bed, large TV, had everything we needed and it all worked. Staff were friendly and helpful and we enjoyed the breakfast each morning. As we arrived on a red-eye flight the room was not available (unless we upgraded, surprise, surprise), so we wandered the shops until check-in time, however I know some hotels provide an early arrivals area/lounge so maybe an option to consider here?
Overall a pleasant stay , thought the facilities were great and enjoyed the little gift we received after the 5th night.

I really liked staying at this hotel. The rooms were very clean and the hotel staff was helpful. There are tons of things to do at a stone's throw from this location including the sky deck. Beware though, my wife was happy with the ample shopping opportunities this location provides.

The spa and swimming pool were somewhat undesirable. But I won't put a lot of importance on these.

we spent 3 nites at this hotel in December and were very comfortable there...from our reception at check-in, to the size and amenities of the room, the breakfast every day, the helpful concierge and front desk staff, there was absolutely nothing to complain about...very reasonably priced, very good location! Definitely recommend it to any-one visiting Melbourne...we were 3 adults in one room with 2 queen beds, lots of luggage, and we didn't feel at all crowded...

We had our wedding here and had a lot of guests, both local and international, stay here as well. The hotel staff and services were nothing less than impecable and we couldn't have asked for more. We will definitely be staying there for our anniversary!
