“Great One Bedroom Apartment”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed 13 February 2012

We recently stayed here for 4 nights, and what a great find. We had a one bedroomed apartment on the 6th floor. The apartment had all the mod cons...dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, microwave. The apartment is compact, but as a couple had no issues.
A huge TV in the lounge as well as the bedroom. Internet was reasonable priced at A$8.00 per day. My only issue was the balcony off the bedroom, very small with no furniture. The rooms are serviced daily. Other reviewers complained of the noise, but we had no issues with the noise and our apartment faced the street, and windows were double glazed.
The location is amazing..about a 5 minute walk from Queen Victoria Markets with lots of bargains to be had, and amazing food markets. A two minute walk takes you to the free Circle City Tram. Across the road is a well stocked small supermarket (IGA) including beer/wine.
Will be back !

“Great value 1br apartment”

Had an overnight stay and this was my 3rd return trip. Excellent service, staff and accommodation. Very modern decor and appliances, ample space, clean and well maintained. Great location and good security for entry/exit of hotel and rooms. Added bonus of a balcony. Would be useful to have chairs to sit on outside. Will definitely be returning.

Room Tip: Rooms with "12" at the end face away from the road, so more privacy and also are a little...

Great new Apartments, very quiet mid week, great value. Good location. Close to Vic Market, Central shopping and great food. Can walk to most places. Am planning a return stay

Room Tip: Get a small Balcony room

“Studio Apartment with Balcony”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed 30 January 2012

The apartment was more than large enough for one person. It has excellent bedding and kitchen facilities were great. If there was something to complain about it would be the telephone system - as it was very complex and probably not necessary for short stay tenancies. The unit was made up daily and the location was very central.

Room Tip: The higher up the better - less street noise.

“Tip Top Apartment”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 30 January 2012

We travelled to Melbourne for 5 days and the 1 bedroom apartment we stayed in was ultra moden and had everything you could ask for, including 2 tvs, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, ipod dock etc. A lot of reviews we read had stated the room was small and a tight squeeze, but we found there was more then enough space for us, and if anything found the living area quite roomy. Bathroom was a little on the tight side as there was not much bench space, but the shower itself was huge.

The location was excellent. The free city circle tram was 100m down the road, the main Melbourne Central shopping centre was only a few hundred metres away and there is an IGA express across the road. Hardware Lane is also close by which is bustling with with places to eat a good meal. We went to the Aus Open tennis a few times and it was very easy to access transport to get to and from Melbourne Park.

Would stay here again in a flash. Well priced for an apartment located in the city and we were extremely comfortable staying in this clean modern apartment. Could have easily stayed for weeks.
