“Excellent!”

The staffs were very courteous and polite. They were considerate of the choice of rooms to be given to me as I'm a light sleeper. We had a surprise with Champagne & strawberries as it was a special occasion. The room was really spacious and bathroom very well appointed. One small issue was there was a constant knocking on the window, we checked but found nothing..wondered if it was birds hitting the window. But at night it was very quiet. I had a better rest and sleep here than at Blackman's. The location was great. Woolies and Coles nearby and very great restaurants, eateries. Shopping was aplenty for ladies. Overall I would pick Olsen over Blackman the next time. Great job Olsen, keep it up !

A beautiful hotel establishment. Clean, modern and inviting. I highly rec this property. Bathroom wall was glass and printed. Unique.

“AMAZING”

Just arrived home today after a 3 night stay at the Olsen. Great location, close to fantastic food and shopping. Room was gorgeous, beautiful view, clean, good air con. Staff went above and beyond, from ordering taxis to bringing ice to our room, they were fantastic! Lovely property, will certainly return!

“Food & Service - go elsewhere!!!!!”

We visited the cafe for breakfast where there was only 3 customers at tables so they were not busy. The waitress ignored us, so we had to go inside to seek the menus to order. Food was ok - poached eggs overcooked, spinach was dry, had to ask for salt and pepper (which the table next to us also borrowed!!!!!), no second take on a coffee or tea - overall attitude & too kool for skool! Go elsewhere - many choices in Sth Yarra. Very limited menu.

Thank you for taking the time to offer your feedback regarding your experience in The Bluebottle Restaurant. Your experience has fallen well short of what we expect and aim for throughout the hotel, which is incredibly disappointing for us. The restaurant is about to undergo many changes over the next two months; the main one being a relaunch and new identity. Before the official relaunch there will be a focus on recruiting and training staff who can deliver service of the highest standard. Our Executive Chef Russell is in the process of developing new menus, with a focus of fresh and seasonal Australian produce. Above all, our aim is to make the restaurant a fun place to come to, to enjoy great food and a fabulous drink. Our management team understands that the restaurant has a long way to go. Feedback like yours helps to motivate us, as we continue to work towards our goal of improving this part of our business

“The Olsen- no ordinary hotel”

Stylish design and every creature comfort, oozes quality and class perfect for corporate,international visitors or a stay designed to impress.Situated in the centre of Melbourne's Chapel St shopping and restaurant precinct.Our suite on the sixth floor was lovely and spotlessly clean,fantastic snack and mini bar[ even multivitamins!].Reception were welcoming and informative.Olsen's artwork was brilliant and refreshing and we left with a better appreciation of art and the artist.
Highly recommend.
