We had a 3 night stay and found the accommodation's location in a perfect area for shopping and restaurants. All in walking distance.
The staff at reception were very helpful and friendly. We had a 2 bedroom apartment which was very modern and comfortable.

Stayed at this hotel as I had a concert in Richmond to go to the same night.

Checked in at 230pm, very quick and easy check in as the room was pre-paid. Parking was explained and easy enough to access.

Stayed in a 1 bedroom apartment (room 1105). The website makes the rooms look more spacious then they actually are, but the cleanliness and the very modern decor make you forget about that instantly.

It honestly seemed as if the room was brand new. The balcony was nice to sit out and have a drink on, your first view point though is the train station next door. Even with this next door, you would expect a lot more noise to come into the room, but the sound proofing is superb.

The location of the south yarra train station is a 2 minute walk from the hotel, making it very convenient to visit the cbd or docklands or anywhere you need to go really.

Most importantly the bed (even though it was a king zip) was EXTREMELY comfortable! Could not feel the gap at all due to the very soft and comfy mattress topper on the king bed. Great nights sleep! Little things like the blackboard beside the TV with a welcome message and the lollipops on both bedside tables were a very nice touch and give a great first impression.

Stayed at Punthill grand during the Australian open tennis , south yarra railway station and tram stop is 100 mts away making this location perfect to use public transport to all venues .Cannot fault the rooms,we were on the 12 th floor with fantastic views , very modern decor with comfortable beds and full kitchen .Hotel staff were keen to help with all requests . ,cannot fault this hotel in any way barring tariff ramped up during special events , but worth the money

I personally found this property very good for the price. Location is excellent being within quick walking distance to tram and train services,restraunts cafes and all manner of shopping. We had a one bedroom apartment, the living area comprising of combined kitchen and lounge area was comfortable. as was the bedroom with ensuite bathroom. Front counter service was efficient with staff allowing us to store luggage after checkout for a few hours whilst we got some extra Christmas shopping done before catching our flight back home. The apartment was serviced daily, fresh towels and bathroom cleanup etc. Again good for the price. We have booked to stay again in February and if the apartment and customer service experience is equal to this stay I will be very pleased.
